White-label licence and billing terms

The white-label licence covers one business, one brand and one testing site. The buyer may use the branded dashboard or template to provide verification services to its customers within its agreed VerifyNow account and service rights.

Hosted dashboard

Hosted setup is R1,999 including VAT. Each paid month costs R747.50 including VAT and adds 250 verification credits. Unused credits carry over. The monthly charge continues until an organisation owner or admin cancels it in white-label setup. Cancellation ends hosted access at the end of the paid period. Existing credits remain in the organisation’s VerifyNow account.

The initial R2,746.50, including VAT, is collected upfront and covers the R1,999 setup fee plus the first R747.50 month. VerifyNow then reviews the business identity, proposed brand, support details and hostname. The first paid month begins at activation, when 250 credits are added. Activation requires approval and a working HTTPS address. VerifyNow may refuse a name or suspend a hosted portal for impersonation, unauthorised brand use, fraud, abuse or a security concern. If the application is rejected before activation, VerifyNow will refund the full initial payment. Refunds are confirmed after the payment provider processes them. A rejected application receives a reason.

Self-hosted template

The template licence costs R1,999 including VAT. The buyer may edit and run the supplied source for its licensed business and brand, with one testing deployment. Source-code redistribution, sublicensing or use for another business needs a separate written agreement. The buyer runs and secures its own hosting, database, staff accounts and customer-facing payment flow.

Data and acceptable use

Each business must use verification services for a lawful purpose, provide required notices and obtain required permissions. The applicable VerifyNow Terms, Data Processing Agreement and service-specific terms continue to apply.
