Consumer Trace API
No-record consumer trace results are now flagged clearly instead of appearing as blank fields. The change is backward-compatible and does not affect existing API integrations.
FaceMatch and Bank Validation Issues Resolved
Bank Validations and Face Match checks that rely on ID data were temporarily affected by a provider-side service interruption resulting in errors. Please retry the failed checks. The issue has now been resolved, and affected checks should process normally again. We have strengthened fallbacks and monitoring around this service to help us detect and respond to similar interruptions faster. If your check failed during this period, please retry it now.
