Provide clear images of the card as requested by the selected report. The back PDF417 barcode supplies identity fields; Code39 supports an ID-number consistency check. The front image provides the portrait.

Start with barcode verification, add an identity check, or select a Face Match report. The full cross-check requires a selfie and includes a separate Passive Liveness result.
Read the evidence
Barcode data describes what is encoded on the card. Identity-source and biometric results appear when those checks are selected. Review inconsistencies and capture warnings before making a decision.
Beta availability
Image quality and barcode readability affect results. Use ID Document Authentication when your workflow requires document-authenticity checks.
