Workflow

Run and review the bundle

  1. 1

    Collect the supplier details

Have the legal company name, CIPC registration number, one director full name and that director South African ID ready.

  2. 2

    Confirm the payment details

Ask the supplier for a bank confirmation letter or statement. Copy the account holder name exactly, then enter the bank, account number, branch code and account type.

  3. 3

    Open Supplier Bundle

Use the Bundles group in the dashboard sidebar or open the Supplier Bundle card from the dashboard.

  4. 4

    Enter the company and director

Copy the registered legal name from the CIPC document. Use the CIPC format YYYY/NNNNNN/XX for the registration number, then enter the selected director ID as 13 digits.

  5. 5

    Submit the bank fields

Enter the bank account name as it appears on the bank document, even when it differs from the CIPC name. Select the bank and account type, then enter a 7 to 13 digit account number and 6 digit branch code.

  6. 6

    Review the combined result

Read each report section. An amber review state identifies CIPC gaps, an unconfirmed director relationship, AML matches or bank fields that need attention.

  7. 7

    Save the report

Download the authenticated PDF and retain the activity-log transaction reference with the supplier record.

Treat warnings as review tasks

Compare the supplier documents with the source fields. Escalate AML matches, relationship gaps and bank-field differences under your supplier approval policy.

Questions

Supplier Bundle FAQ

How many directors does the bundle screen?

Each run checks one selected South African director. Run a separate bundle when your policy requires screening another director.

What happens when CIPC has no matching record?

The completed CIPC outcome appears as a review warning. The remaining checks continue and the final report keeps the warning visible.

When are customer credits deducted?

VerifyNow deducts one summed Supplier Bundle charge after the combined report completes. A technical component failure returns an uncharged error.

Where does the run appear afterwards?

The activity log shows one Supplier Bundle entry with the combined transaction and summed credit amount.
